We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Desktop Deployment engineer who will possess the following experience:

Essential experience:

- Proven experience in a troubleshooting level 1 & 2 issues & both face to face & over the phone.
- Deployment of laptops - reimaging, full cycle deployment of current mobile devices
- Full driving License & open to travelling across Australia
- Working in a large enterprise environment supporting customers over the phone & in person




- Good troubleshooting and problem solving experience across the Microsoft technology stack
- A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people;

Technologies:

- Windows XP/7/8/10
- O365 troubleshooting
- Intune (desirable)
- Active Directory - account administration
- Patching / basic cisco skills
- Microsoft Office2003-2010;
- MS Exchange;
- MS Systems Centre;
- Hardware, Printers and peripherals.
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
