We're looking for passionate Line Cooks in the Dessert section to join our kitchen teams across Collins Street, Southbank and South Yarra, helping deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.

20-25 hours available in each venue. Open availability required.

What we are looking for

- 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a busy, full-service A La Carte restaurant
- Previous experience in Dessert section
- Passion for quality food and premium hospitality




- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/Patisserie Qualification is highly regarded
- Versatile availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
