The Opportunity A nationally recognised industrial developer is seeking an experienced Development Manager to deliver a portfolio of industrial developments from acquisition through to completion.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll play a key role in identifying and assessing acquisition opportunities, managing due diligence, and delivering projects through planning, design, construction and completion across a growing national pipeline. Key Responsibilitie sAssist with site acquisitions, due diligence and feasibility assessments

.Manage the full development lifecycle from acquisition through to completion

.Coordinate consultants, contractors and authority approvals

.Oversee project feasibility, budgeting and financial performance

.Manage planning, design, procurement and construction phases

.Build and maintain relationships with landowners, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders

.Identify and manage project risks, timelines and delivery outcomes .
