Fixed term contract until March 2028 as a Development Manager in Architecture, Design & Planning.

Responsibilities - Raise financial gifts supporting projects and programs across the University.

- Focus on new prospective donors aligned to the strategic priorities of the School.
- Build and grow the pipeline of donors, including high net‑worth prospects.
- Identify, cultivate, and negotiate gifts of $100,000 or more.
- Solicit multiple major gifts and meet or exceed financial targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align donor interests with University priorities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications - Solid experience in major gifts fundraising, with a demonstrated ability to identify, cultivate, and negotiate $100,000+ opportunities.

- Strong track record of meeting financial targets in a quick‑paced, dynamic environment.




- Ability to work autonomously while effectively communicating and seeking support when needed.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Highly developed emotional intelligence; self‑aware with exceptional interpersonal skills.
