About the role

Buslines Group is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Orange, NSW. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of Buses, ensuring they are kept in top condition and running smoothly. This is a full-time position and a fantastic opportunity to work for a respected and growing company in the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing

- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of diesel-powered buses
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles
- Carry out scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance programs
- Liaise with management and other team members to ensure efficient and effective vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment

What we're looking for

- Qualified Diesel Mechanic with a relevant trade certificate
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical components




- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, safe, and efficient vehicle maintenance
- Valid driver's licence and ability to operate a range of commercial vehicles
