We're looking for trade-qualified and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join our high-performing team at our Erskine Park workshop in Sydney.

Working Monday to Friday, you'll maintain a modern fleet using state-of-the-art equipment and the latest diagnostic technology. We offer two permanent shifts to suit your lifestyle:

- Morning Shift: 6:00am start

- Afternoon Shift: 2.00pm start (shift allowance applies)

What You'll Do:

Reliability is the cornerstone in transport, you will be an essential part ensuring our fleet is maintained to the highest level:

- Vehicle maintenance and repair - repairing, replacing and diagnosing issues across a variety of fleet vehicles (prime movers, rigids and trailers)
- Perform major repairs including midlife's and brake/bearing overhauls and servicing
- Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture
- Accurately completing maintenance and repair documentation.

What You'll Bring:

- Mechanical Trade qualification
- Proven competence in repairs and overhauls
- Experience working on prime movers or heavy vehicle trailers is highly valued
- Effective diagnostic skills on Kenworth, DAF, Cummins, BPW
- Basic computer skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Motivated, reliable and a valuable work ethic
