We're looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic / Technician to join our high-performing Service Team in our modern Hazelmere workshop. What You'll Be Doing:

- Completing engine repairs, diagnostics and overhauls, including dynamometer testing.
- Performing pre-delivery inspections and tests to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Preparing accurate job reports and maintaining clear documentation.
- Carrying out hands-on service work in both the workshop and field service environments.
- Following detailed work instructions and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in Safety, Quality and Productivity.
- Demonstrating safe work practices and upholding company values at all times.

About you

- Appropriate trade qualifications (diesel mechanic, diesel fitters or other heavy industry trade) - however we would love to hear from LV Mechanics with diesel experience who are looking for a trade upgrade!
- Experience on MTU and Detroit Diesel engines is an strong advantage
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with a particular focus on engine reconditioning
- Pride in completing jobs to a high standard
- Capable of working without supervision
- Self-motivated and able to become an active part of a great team of people
- Good communication skills for regular interaction with customers, colleagues and supervisors
