About the role This newly created role sits within the Growth, Marketing and Fundraising division and reports to the Chief Growth Officer. You will be responsible for ensuring yourtown's digital platforms and campaigns are accurately tracked, measured and optimised, enabling high-quality, end-to-end measurement that supports evidence-based decision making across marketing, fundraising, product and client experience. It's a role that spans two very different worlds within the one organisation: the commercial, revenue-driving world of the Art Union e-commerce channel, and the sensitive, duty-of-care environment of Kids Helpline's service delivery analytics.

You will also bring
- A degree in a relevant field, with 5+ years' experience in digital analytics or marketing data analysis.
- Proven expertise implementing and managing analytics and tag management platforms such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager, across complex, multi-channel environments.
- Experience integrating analytics data into Power BI or a similar tool.
- A strong understanding of marketing measurement and attribution, including KPI development, performance dashboards and conversion optimisation techniques.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript tags, cookies and related web technologies used in analytics implementations.
- The empathy and sensitivity to work across both commercial and service-delivery contexts, including youth mental health data. As yourtown is a child-safe organisation, this role requires a satisfactory National Criminal History Check and compliance with relevant working with children requirements.
Benefits When you join yourtown, you'll be welcomed into a safe, inclusive and diverse community within an established, reputable national organisation.
Your employment experience will include:
- Salary sacrifice options to increase your take-home pay.
