- Extensive experience implementing and supporting Customer Insights - Journeys, including real-time and outbound journey orchestration.
- Proven capability in customer segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution.
- Solid experience managing multi-channel customer communications across email, SMS, and engagement workflows.
- Skilled in customer engagement analytics, reporting, and performance optimization for marketing and customer journey initiatives.
