Are you a digitally savvy designer with a passion for creating standout work across social media, digital platforms and print? Stanley House Studios is looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to join our boutique agency, working across some of Australia's most exciting hospitality, lifestyle, travel and alcohol brands.

This role is perfect for someone with 2 - 3 years' agency experience who loves bringing brands to life across multiple touchpoints. From social media content and campaign creative to venue collateral and video editing, no two days are the same.

What we're looking for

- 2 - 3 years' experience in a creative agency or design studio (essential).
- Advanced proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or similar), as well as Canva.
- Experience designing social media content including feed posts, stories, reels covers, carousels and content plans.
- Ability to create campaign mock-ups, pitch visuals and branded presentations.
- Confident editing short-form video content for social media using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar platforms.
- Experience designing a broad range of marketing collateral including menus, posters, signage, flyers, invitations, EDMs and other in-venue assets.
- Basic website editing experience (WordPress, Squarespace,



Webflow or similar CMS platforms).
- Digitally savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline design workflows.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.
- A collaborative team player who is proactive, organised and responsive to feedback.

Bonus skills (not essential, but highly regarded):
- Animation or motion graphics experience (After Effects, Lottie or similar).
- Content creation experience editing social-first content.
- Photography or basic retouching skills.
- Experience working across hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle or travel brands.

This is a flexible role with the opportunity for part-time or full time work for the right applicant.
