About the Opportunity The Digital Sales Associate (DSA) plays a critical role within the Customer Base Sales organisation, driving revenue growth by identifying, managing and closing expansion opportunities across Dayforce’s existing customer portfolio.

Working primarily alongside Customer Base Account Executives (CBAEs), and net new Account Executives, the DSA owns a portfolio of commercial opportunities from qualification through to contract execution. The role is responsible for helping customers maximise the value of their Dayforce investment by introducing additional products, services and capabilities that solve evolving business challenges.

What You’ll Get to Do

As a Digital Sales Associate, you will: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned expansion opportunities, from discovery through to commercial close.

Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Dayforce platform.

Build trusted relationships with existing customers, becoming a commercial point of contact for expansion opportunities.

Conduct customer discovery meetings, product demonstrations and commercial discussions.

Prepare proposals, pricing, business cases and commercial documentation.

Lead contract negotiations in partnership with Legal, Deal Management and internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce.

Deliver a high-quality customer buying experience while balancing speed and commercial outcomes.

Manage multiple concurrent opportunities across a diverse customer portfolio.





Collaborate closely with Customer Base Account Executives to ensure clear opportunity ownership and a seamless customer experience.

Partner with Solution Advisors, Customer Success, Client Partners, Professional Services, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to accelerate customer outcomes.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing market feedback, customer insights and best practices.
