We're looking for passionate Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team at Perfect Start Mary Street.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will:

- Build genuine, trusting relationships with children, families and your team.
- Support children to explore, wonder, investigate and learn through play.
- Create learning experiences that are responsive to children's interests, strengths and theories.
- Work collaboratively with your team to reflect on practice and continuously grow together.
- Contribute to welcoming environments where every child experiences a sense of belonging.
- Support high-quality educational practice aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
- Advocate for children's voices and recognise every child as a capable and active participant in their own learning.

About You

You are someone who:

- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or is working towards or holds a Certificate III, where applicable).
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Believes relationships are at the heart of quality practice.
- Sees children as capable, competent and full of potential.
- Values curiosity, reflection and continuous learning.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Brings kindness, professionalism and enthusiasm to every day.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, and the Foundations of Child Protection certificate.
