Director of Nursing

Location: North West Victoria (Multi-Campus)

Hours: Permanent Fulltime - Fixed Monday–Friday

Salary: $173k Package & $15,900 Salary Packaging

Start date: ASAP

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing to provide clinical and operational leadership to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across two rural healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Nurse Unit Managers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent clinical and operational outcomes
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care across acute, residential aged care and community services
- Champion clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation activities
- Monitor clinical performance, risk management and incident response
- Drive workforce engagement, performance management and staff development
- Build strong relationships with staff, consumers, families and key stakeholders

Requirements:

- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated senior leadership and operational management experience within a healthcare setting (NUM or higher)
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation standards
- Ability to lead and inspire teams




- Post graduate qualification

Desirable:

- Experience working within rural health services
- Experience in residential aged care
