- You're a contemporary executive leader who combines strategic vision with solid operational judgment. You have experience leading workforce, culture or people functions in complex organisations,
navigating industrial relations and employee relations environments, influencing senior leaders and resolving high-risk workforce issues. You are recognised for your ability to build trusted relationships, lead through complexity and bring people together around a common purpose. Mandatory qualifications and conditions
- Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.

Intra-state and interstate travel may be required. Desirable requirements
- Formal qualifications in related field (for example - Public Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations)
