Disability Support Worker – Summer Hill, NSWRevira Care | Immediate Start Available

Revira Care is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team in Summer Hill, NSW. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support to participants in their home and community.
- Implement and follow Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) and other care plans.
- Support participants with personal care, daily living activities, and community access.
- Promote participant independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion.
- Accurately document progress notes and incident reports.
- Work collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and support coordinators.
- Maintain a secure and positive environment while following NDIS Practice Standards.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Disability Support Worker.
- Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) experience is mandatory.
- Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours and high support needs.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers (preferred).

Mandatory Compliance
- Australian Citizen (Citizenship required).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check (where applicable).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Current Police Check.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination (if required by participant or service agreement).
