An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious litigation lawyer to join a well-established disputes team recognised for advising on complex, high-profile commercial matters.

Working alongside experienced litigators, you will gain exposure to a broad range of contentious matters for a sophisticated client base spanning listed companies, privately owned businesses, financial institutions, government agencies, insolvency professionals, investors and senior executives.

The Opportunity

You will be involved in a diverse mix of commercial disputes, including:

- Commercial and contractual disputes.
- Corporate and shareholder litigation.
- Property and leasing disputes.
- Insolvency and restructuring-related litigation.
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.
- Director and officer liability matters.
- Governance and statutory compliance issues.
- Insurance-related disputes and indemnity advice.
- Fraud, misconduct and other complex commercial investigations.
- Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiated settlements.
- Court proceedings across State and Federal jurisdictions.

The practice works across a wide variety of industries, providing exposure to matters that are strategically significant and commercially complex. About You To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Approximately 2–4 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
- Exposure to a broad range of commercial disputes within private practice.
- Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills.




- Confidence managing matters with increasing autonomy while working closely with senior practitioners.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A commercial approach to problem solving and client service.
- The ability to work effectively across multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a high-performing team.

Experience in areas such as insolvency, regulatory disputes, property litigation, corporate governance or investigations will be highly regarded but is not essential. Why Consider This Opportunity?
