We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Distribution Clerk to join our team at our Pendle Hill site! This role is perfect for someone looking to be part of a energetic and fast-paced environment, with shifts commencing at 10:00 am.

Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

- Detailed knowledge of processes within Distribution scope
- Administrative and Clerical Data entry duties
- Monitoring stock control, following up with drivers, deliveries, palletising
- Providing Drivers/deliveries with relevant information via phone correspondence
- Ensuring all documentation is correct and accurate
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a Team
- High communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills
- Booking Transport
- Continuous Improvement Mindset





Requirements:

- Recognition of the importance of following Company Policies and Procedures
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine concern for quality and safety
- Microsoft Suite experience
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Team orientated
- Experience with CHEP dockets, reconciliation of POD’s, dispatching, invoicing, BASware, spreadsheets, ipad Driver checks and invoicing.
- Understanding of Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, this includes but is not limited to Standard Operating Procedures, HACCP, GMP compliance and meeting KPI’s.
