We're looking for an experienced Dispense Technician who wants to leverage their community pharmacy knowledge in a customer-focused support and training role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong dispensing background who enjoys helping others, solving problems and working with pharmacy technology. You'll support pharmacies across Australia, assisting users with day-to-day enquiries, providing training and helping them get the most out of their dispensing software.

About the Role

As a key member of the support team, you'll:

- Provide phone and email support to community pharmacy customers.
- Assist users with day-to-day dispensing system enquiries.
- Troubleshoot workflow and software issues.
- Escalate more complex technical matters where required.
- Deliver training and demonstrations to new and existing users.
- Build strong relationships with pharmacy teams through outstanding customer service.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About You To be successful, you'll bring:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Dispense Technician within an Australian community pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS),



prescription processing and community pharmacy operations.
- Experience using pharmacy dispensing software such as Fred Dispense, Minfos, Z Software, Merlin or MyScript.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Confidence learning and supporting software applications.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.

Desirable:
- Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy (or equivalent).
- Experience with medication packing or aged care pharmacy.
- Knowledge of electronic prescribing and Active Script List (ASL/MySL).
