We are looking for a Draftsperson to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role is based at our office in West Leederville and does not involve working offshore.

Reporting to the Drafting and Design Team Lead, this role will involve:

- Providing 2D and 3D drafting support to AME’s engineering team;

- Ensuring that all project deliverables meet or exceed project requirements;

- Development of conceptual and detailed design drawings in consultation with AME engineers;

- Production of installation storyboards;





- Production of structural and mechanical design drawings;

- Production of shop detailed drawings;

- Drafting in AutoCAD;

- Drafting and modelling in Inventor.

The ideal candidate should meet the following minimum criteria
- Relevant Drafting qualification (please note that architecture is not relevant);

- 5 years' minimum task relevant drafting experience;

- Oil and gas experience is preferable;

- Must be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Inventor;

- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a small team;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic;

- Have a robust commitment to workplace health and safety;

- Right to work in Australia is essential. Applications without appropriate working rights are automatically rejected.
