About the Role

Working closely with the venue leadership team, you’ll help oversee day-to-day operations across the bar,



gaming and customer experience while leading from the front during busy service periods.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous hospitality leadership experience within pubs, bars or gaming venues
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience leading teams during busy service periods
- Confident with cash handling, banking and end-of-night procedures
- Strong operational and compliance focus
- RLMV & Approved Managers License, RSA & RSG essential
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends
- Someone who enjoys country hospitality, live atmosphere and being part of the local community
