Think pristine par 70 golf, Australia's largest mini golf course, five brand new Full Swing simulator suites, a kids' arcade, sports bar and gaming, event centre, and seasonal dining. And we're just getting started — with a surf park, hotel, and major course redevelopment all in the pipeline, the best is genuinely yet to come.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look the same. One moment you're overseeing a buzzing Saturday bistro service, the next you're coordinating a major event or keeping the gaming floor running like clockwork. What You'll Be Doing

- Owning the guest experience — setting the tone from first impression to final farewell across cafe, bar, bistro, gaming, and events
- Leading your team — motivating, developing, and getting the best out of a passionate front-line crew across all areas of the venue
- Running operations — managing shifts, openings, closings,



and everything in between to keep every corner of the venue humming
- Delivering standout events — coordinating and executing events that people actually talk about long after they've left
- Keeping it safe and compliant — upholding health, safety, and licensing standards across all departments so everyone goes home happy
- Watching the numbers — keeping an eye on costs, cash handling, and financials to help hit revenue targets

What We're Looking For

- 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
- Experience across multiple venue departments — cafe, bar, bistro, gaming, or events (bonus points if it's all of the above)
- A genuine love for creating excellent guest experiences
- Cool-headed and adaptable when things get busy (and they will)
- A natural communicator who can connect with both guests and team members
- Sharp attention to detail — you notice the things others miss
- Current RSA, RSG, and RMLV certificates (non-negotiable)
- Full working rights in Australia
- First Aid and CPR a bonus
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
