About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and capable Duty Manager to join our venue leadership team. This hands-on role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in a busy pub environment, enjoys building solid teams and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience from open to close.

Skills and Experience:
- Approved Managers Card / RSA
- Food Safety Hygiene Certificate
- Minimum two years ‘experience working as a Supervisor or Manager
- A love for selling the products we range
- Solid understanding of bar or bistro service
- Ability to manage a crowd
- Experience with stock control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the Industry
- Experience developing the skills of Front of House staff
- Good track record of building team culture and leadership skills
- The ability to problem solve and make good decisions in a busy environment
