What We’re Looking For

- Previous leadership experience within busy pubs, bars or late-night venues
- Ability to multitask under pressure while keeping service smooth, efficient and fun
- A genuine team player who leads from the front with a positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence running high-volume service periods and busy late-night trade
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to turn challenges into great guest experiences
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with gaming,



cash handling and end-of-night procedures preferred
- RSA essential
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and peak trading periods
