Berri Regional Child Care Centre is seeking two passionate and relationship‑focused Educators to join our dedicated team.

Permanent part-time, 24–37 hours per week.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will:

- Build warm, secure relationships with children using a primary caregiving approach

- Create inclusive, engaging learning environments

- Assist in planning and implementing play‑based learning experiences

- Work collaboratively with a supportive and professional team





- Communicate respectfully with families and contribute to shared learning goals

- Embed the Centre philosophy into everyday practice

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds one of the following:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or is actively working towards)

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or is actively working towards)

- Demonstrates genuine warmth, patience and respect for children

- Values teamwork, communication and reflective practice

- Is committed to nurturing strong relationships with children and families

- Is passionate about contributing to a supportive, community‑focused environment
