Early Childhood Teacher – Kilsyth area

$51 to $57 per hour + Super Join a well‑resourced Centre as the Lead ECT

What you need:

- Minimum 3 years of early childhood teaching experience
- Robust curriculum and documentation capability
- VIT registration (or ability to obtain)

A stable, supportive team and excellent conditions make this a standout role. To be considered, you must have full VIT teaching rights, at least 2 years of full-time teaching experience and live locally to the area.

Suitable applicants must have the following:

- Qualification or Bachelor of Early Childhood
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificate
- Victorian Institute of Teaching card.
- Right to work in Australia
- A minimum 3 years of teaching experience

You will also be required to:

- Report directly to your Centre Manager and attend regular monthly meetings.

Essential skills and competencies

- Experience and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
- Effective time management skills
- Communicate effectively with Senior Management, parents, other staff and professionals.
- Ability to work cooperatively, flexibly, and professionally with children, parents, staff and Senior Management.
- Strong leadership and self-motivation skills
