About the Role
Are you an experienced sales professional who wants to help others achieve their education and migration goals? We are seeking talented Education & Migration Consultants to join our teams in Melbourne, VIC and Sydney, NSW. Outstanding candidates may be eligible for employer sponsorship. This role provides an excellent platform to leverage your sales expertise while guiding clients efficiently through the complex process of studying or migrating abroad, helping them successfully achieve their personal and professional goals.
What you'll be doing
- Provide comprehensive information and guidance to potential clients on education and migration options.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each client’s background, needs, and objectives, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Research and recommend suitable programs and visa options tailored to each client.
- Assist clients throughout the application process, including document preparation and submission.
- Maintain effective communication and strong, long-term relationships with clients throughout the service process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client acquisition and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest education and migration policies and industry trends.
What we're looking for
- Hold a valid visa with work rights in Australia; Australian PR or citizenship preferred.
- Prior sales experience; experience in the education or migration industry is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain client trust effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex client scenarios.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with education and migration processes, regulations, and visa requirements.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to serve a diverse client base.
- Passionate about providing qualified guidance to help clients successfully achieve their education and migration goals.
- QEAC or MARA certification is an advantage.

- 有实际业绩达成及超额完成销售目标的经验
- 熟悉留学及移民流程、政策及签证要求
- 中英文流利，能够服务多元化客户群体
- 热衷于为客户提供专业服务，助力其顺利实现留学与移民目标
- 持有QEAC或MARA证书者优先
