Your Role

As the Educational Leader you will work within our preschool room and lead and support the delivery of our signature Academic Enrichment Program and Empowered Children’s Program (ECP), ensuring they are implemented with intention, consistency, and impact across all classrooms. You will work closely with educators to embed these programs into daily practice, creating rich, engaging, and meaningful learning environments that support the whole child.

What We’re Looking For.

Educational Leader role, preferred minimum 2+ years of experience in a centre leadership role,with an ACECQA qualified early childhood teaching degree.

Growth mindset and resilience, with the ability to overcome challenges independently.

Strong leadership and work ethic skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding a team.

Commitment to excellence, ensuring Play to Learn’s high standards are upheld.
