We are seeking an Educator (Certificate III) qualified to join our Nursery Room (0–2 years) on a permanent full-time basis (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

About The Role

This will include: Building nurturing, responsive relationships with children and families

Providing responsive care, including meals, sleep, toileting and daily routines

Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences

Assisting with observations, documentation and educational programming in line with the EYLF

Creating positive, safe, inclusive and engaging, stimulating age-appropriate learning environments

Demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach within the room

Working collaboratively with your team to uphold the National Quality Standards and SDN's Child Protected practices About You

You will have experience and skills in the following: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with relevant industry experience in early childhood education and care is desirable Minimum 6-12 month’s work experience in an early childhood setting ( Nursery experience desired) Child protection training and commitment to child safety GECCKO

Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Current NSW Working with Children Check, current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and Food safety certificate.

Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building and teamwork skills.
