You will be assigned a cluster to minimize travel across each day.
About the role
As a Field Technician, you will manage:
· Installing, Upgrading, swap outs and PC Intergrade systems and picking up terminals from businesses
· Meetings SLA/KPI
· Providing on-site training to merchants and staff.
· Providing superior technical analysis and customer service.
Full training will be provided to the right candidates.
Most be available to do weekend work on call.
