About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee daily operations, ensuring all electrical projects and services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Reporting directly to the Management team some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading electrical projects, service work, and maintenance operations
- Managing and mentoring a team of technicians and subcontractors
- Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce planning
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, Australian Standards, and company policies
- Monitoring budgets and reporting on financial and project performance
- Driving operational improvements to support business growth
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Licensed A-Grade Electrician or equivalent industry experience
- 3–5 years experience in an electrical operations or management role
- Solid knowledge of compliance requirements and Australian Standards
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop teams
- Excellent communication and organisational capability
- Ability to drive performance and contribute to business growth
