The Opportunity

Working within a collaborative engineering team, you’ll support the delivery of electrical engineering solutions across mining and industrial projects from concept through to commissioning.





You’ll gain exposure across

- High Voltage & Low Voltage power systems
- Electrical infrastructure projects
- Substations & switchgear
- Electrical design and technical documentation
- Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
- Engineering calculations
- Site installation support
- Commissioning activities
- FAT/SAT testing
- HV compliance documentation
- Energisation processes
- Working alongside electricians, technicians and project managers

This is a practical engineering role where you’ll see projects progress from design through to successful completion.

About You

- Electrical Engineering Graduates
- Graduate Engineers with internship or industrial experience
- Junior Electrical Engineers
- Electrical Engineers with mining, utilities or industrial experience
- Engineers looking to transition into High Voltage engineering

You may bring:
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (completed or nearing completion)
- Strong interest in power systems and electrical infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Current Australian working rights
- Current driver’s licence (or ability to obtain)

Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)





Experience or exposure in any of the following would be advantageous:

- High Voltage systems
- Power distribution
- Substations
- Switchgear
- Electrical design
- AutoCAD
- Protection systems
- Commissioning
- PLCs / Automation
- Mining or heavy industrial environments
- HV compliance documentation
- Electrical standards and regulations
