Avida is Australia's largest and most established motorhome manufacturer, proudly building quality recreational vehicles for over 60 years. Due to continued growth, we're looking for Electrical Harness Assemblers to join our Electrical Team at our Emu Plains manufacturing facility. Whether you're an experienced harness assembler, have an electrical trade qualification, or come from an automotive, marine, RV, manufacturing, or related electrical background, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and prepare 12V and 240V electrical wiring harnesses
- Build electrical component panels and assemblies
- Terminate and label cabling to drawings and specifications




- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and work instructions
- Assist with installation, testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Maintain quality standards and production schedules
- Support LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment

About You

- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow diagrams, drawings, or wiring schematics
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
- Enjoy hands-on manufacturing or assembly work
- Electrical assembly experience highly regarded
- Electrical trade qualifications or relevant electrical experience highly regarded
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
