Minecon Recruitment has partnered with a highly regarded electrical contractor delivering premium commercial projects across Brisbane. Due to continued project wins and a strong forward pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager — or a high-performing Electrical Supervisor ready to step into a management role. This is a key position overseeing multiple commercial electrical projects across the Brisbane region.

This role suits a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and can effectively manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial electrical projects valued between $100K–$3M




- Oversee approximately 3–5 active projects simultaneously across Brisbane
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project delivery
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and overall cost control
- Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

- Electrical trade qualification (essential)
- Proven experience within commercial electrical construction
- Background as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Supervisor
- Minimum 12 months PM experience OR strong supervisory experience with the capability to step into a PM role
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and project delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
