Casual Teaching for 2026

Hourly Rate: $91.42 to $98.77 per hour plus Superannuation

About The Role As a Casual Teacher – Electrical with the Electrical team, your key responsibilities include- Plan education practices and delivery sessions that reflect the most effective way to engage learners.

Develop and deliver planned teaching sessions in a variety of cutting-edge and adaptive ways, using technology to engage learners and meet their needs and learning styles.

Ensure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages and related requirements.

Maintain a respectful, and safe environment free from violence & aggression, bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination.

About You

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.

Qualifications Required For The Role Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2025.

Vocational qualifications at an AQF level based on level of teaching required and be able to teach across all year levels and competencies of the trade .

Vocational currency as demonstrated through a range of work and related experience.

Registration with relevant professional association/s (as required for the specific discipline).

A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver.

A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge.
