The role is permanent full time and offered on a FIFO basis with 5D2X/4D3X or 8D6X rosters, with housing options for current employees. The candidate will report to the Rail Maintenance Training Supervisor, balancing technical judgment with proactive engagement with leaders, operators and other stakeholders. Autonomy is essential.
