The Role
Based out of our Carole Park head office, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician who wants to develop skills in DC Power Systems and Batteries. Working with a supportive team, your primary responsibility is the installation and maintenance of battery and rectifier equipment.
Ensuring that scheduled maintenance is on track, contracted installations, breakdowns and other electrical work are performed according to customer and divisional requirements including compliance and risk management.
There is a reasonable expectation and requirement for staff to undertake regional project work when required with some amazing benefits and interesting locations visited. The hours are mostly days Monday to Friday with some overtime opportunities to take advantage of.
About you:
- Hold an Electrical Trade Qualification
- Hold a current QLD Electrical License
- Be available to travel for work and complete overtime as required
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Have fantastic communication, time management and decision-making skills
- Available for immediate start (Desirable but not essential)
Your greatest of strengths will be to possess first-class technical skills enjoying working with evolving technology and equipment within the Power and Telecommunications Industries. If you have a high level of drive, have a strong desire to achieve results, love learning current skills, then this is the role for you.
