As an Employment Support Consultant, you’ll work directly with participants to help them prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful employment. You’ll provide tailored coaching, build genuine relationships, and support people from diverse backgrounds to navigate barriers with confidence.

In this agile, people‑centred role, you’ll empower participants to unlock their strengths, explore career options, and connect with opportunities that align with their goals. No two days or clients are the same — and every day, you’ll be making a positive impact.

Primarily based in Doveton, this is the perfect opportunity if you love a bit of variety and travel involved in your role as there will be regular work in Frankston and Koo Wee Rup!

Please note this is not an entry level role.



We are looking for someone with either a certificate III (3) or experience in employment, community services or a related field.
