Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Engineering Supervisor / Electrical Engineer to oversee engineering operations, support technical projects, and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of electrical systems and engineering activities. This role is responsible for supervising engineering initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing maintenance and operational processes, and driving continuous improvement across engineering projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include

Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering projects, maintenance activities, and daily technical operations.

Design, review, and optimize electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Develop engineering plans, technical specifications, project schedules, and operational procedures.

Monitor engineering performance, project progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.

Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and operational reliability.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver engineering projects successfully.

Conduct technical evaluations, inspections, root cause analyses, and risk assessments to identify improvement opportunities.

Ensure compliance with electrical standards, engineering specifications, workplace safety regulations,



and environmental requirements.

Manage engineering documentation, technical drawings, maintenance records, and project reports.

Support budgeting, resource planning, procurement, and cost control for engineering operations and projects.

Oversee equipment testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, energy efficiency, automation, and operational excellence.

Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative engineering solutions to improve system performance and productivity.

Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, engineering design, maintenance management, and technical operations.

Knowledge of electrical systems,



power distribution, control systems, instrumentation, automation, and industrial equipment.

Familiarity with engineering standards, safety regulations, quality management systems, and environmental compliance requirements.

Understanding of preventive maintenance, reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and asset management principles.

Proficiency in engineering software, Microsoft Office, CAD applications, and project management tools.

Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA systems, industrial automation technologies, and electrical testing equipment is an advantage.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engineering activities simultaneously.

Ability to analyze technical data and translate findings into effective engineering solutions.
