- Deliver safe, person-centred, evidence-based nursing care - Assess, plan and evaluate care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse - Provide clinical care, education and health promotion - Build strong therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team - Recognise and respond to deterioration, escalating care as required - Support safe transitions of care and continuous improvement activities - Work within scope of practice, including delegated activities, and support AINs, students and learners About You Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
