Role Description The Enterprise Sourcing Specialist is a part time, remote role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers that support Dream Home Decor’s interior design projects. This role involves researching and sourcing furniture, finishes, and decor items, negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors, and ensuring materials meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements. The specialist will collaborate with design and operations teams to forecast procurement needs, maintain supplier databases, and track purchase orders and deliveries.

Day-to-day activities include analyzing sourcing options, reviewing supplier performance, communicating with internal stakeholders, and resolving issues related to supply, quality, or logistics. The role requires proactive vendor relationship management and consistent documentation to support efficient, cost-effective project delivery.

Relevant education in business, supply chain, procurement, or a related field is preferred.
