About the Opportunity

Catalpa is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Construction Managers and Project Managers to support our growing portfolio of major energy and transmission infrastructure projects across Australia.

With a solid pipeline of upcoming works, we are looking to connect with proven project delivery professionals who have experience leading complex construction environments and are looking for their next opportunity within the energy sector.

These opportunities will suit leaders with a strong background in transmission, utilities, renewable energy, civil infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects who can drive safe, efficient and successful project delivery.

About the Roles

Depending on your experience and career background, opportunities may be available across Construction Management and Project Management disciplines, including:

- Leading the delivery of major energy and transmission construction projects

- Managing project performance across safety, quality, cost, schedule and productivity outcomes

- Providing leadership to site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders





- Building strong client relationships and supporting successful project outcomes

- Driving continuous improvement and best practice construction methodologies

About You

We are interested in hearing from candidates who have:

- Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects

- Experience in energy, transmission, utilities, renewables, infrastructure or similar industries

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams

- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget

- Strong commercial and stakeholder management capability
