Role Description This is a part time, remote role for an ERP Consultant / Integration Engineer. The role involves analyzing client business processes to identify requirements for ERP solutions and integrations, mapping workflows, and recommending improvements. The ERP Consultant / Integration Engineer will configure, customize, and support ERP systems, develop and test integrations between ERP platforms and other applications, and help ensure data consistency across tools.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, preparing functional and technical specifications, and assisting with implementations, migrations, and user training. The role also includes troubleshooting integration issues, monitoring system performance, and contributing to continuous enhancement of ERP-related services offered by The Designers Den.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map, document, and optimize workflows.

Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing requirements, interpreting data,



and proposing practical ERP and integration solutions.

Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations, including configuration, customization, testing, and user support.

Solid knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts, modules, and integration patterns across business functions.

Basic to advanced understanding of Finance processes relevant to ERP (e.g., invoicing, budgeting, reporting) to support financial modules.

Experience with APIs, data integration tools, or middleware platforms, and familiarity with SQL or other query languages.

Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in consulting, systems integration, or working with small businesses or startups is an advantage.
