The Role As the sole Estimator in a lean team, you’ll work closely with the Director and take ownership of estimating from initial enquiry through to tender submission and project handover.

- Review plans and specifications and complete accurate flooring take-offs
- Prepare detailed estimates covering materials, labour, wastage and project requirements




- Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing and identify opportunities to improve project value
- Prepare and submit tenders, manage clarifications and hand successful projects across to the delivery team

The Criteria

- Estimating experience within commercial flooring, tiling, interiors or a related building product workplace
- Strong plan-reading, take-off and numerical skills with an understanding of materials and wastage
- Detail-focused and accurate, but still someone who enjoys having a laugh and being part of the team
