Our Melbourne venues include Gimlet, Côte Basque, Apollo Inn, Cutler, Supernormal, Cumulus Inc., Marion, Builders Arms Hotel, Meatsmith and Morning Market—with Stokehouse, St Kilda joining the group in October 2026. In Brisbane, you’ll find Supernormal and Bar Miette.

About the Role

We are looking for Reservations & Events Coordinator to join our Brisbane Guest Services team, supporting Supernormal and Bar Miette. This is a unique role that combines reservations, event sales and coordination, and supporting day-to-day operations of two distinct venues. Most importantly, you'll ensure exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Bring

- A passion for hospitality and a desire to be part of one of Australia's leading restaurant groups.

- Pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and building genuine relationships

- Previous experience in reservations, events or guest services within a premium hospitality environment.





- Experience with SevenRooms and/or TripleSeat is highly regarded and will set you up for success in the role.

- An enthusiasm for events – from intimate gatherings to grand occasions, you will create and deliver unforgettable experiences.

- Curiosity, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
