We're looking for an Event Operations Coordinator to become a key part of our Melbourne team.
This isn't just another warehouse job.
You'll help deliver incredible events while taking ownership of our Melbourne operations, working alongside an experienced team that values reliability, initiative and getting the job done right.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering and collecting event equipment
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Building and packing down event sites
- Coordinating onsite operations
- Working directly with event organisers and clients
- Maintaining warehouse equipment and presentation
- Managing stock and ensuring equipment is event ready
- Supporting and guiding casual event crew onsite
- Solving problems and making good decisions under pressure
- Representing Big Event Picnic Tables professionally at every event

Preferred (but not essential)
- Forklift Licence
- MR or HR Licence
- Event industry experience
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Construction or trade background

Event work isn't your typical Monday to Friday job.
During our busy seasons, you'll work longer days, weekends and some public holidays, with overtime opportunities available.
Our busiest periods are often immediately before and after major events and public holidays.
The quieter periods allow us to prepare for the next big event season.
