About the Role

Minecon Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Excavator/ Dozer Operators to join our team at Hail Creek Mine.

If you are looking for stability, an immediate start, and a day-shift-only roster, this is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role with a strong site operations team.

Available Positions:

- Excavator/ Dozer Operators – $60.00/hr

What’s on Offer?

- Start Date: ASAP
- 7:7 Roster – Day Shift Only!
- Ongoing and stable work
- DIDO (Drive-In, Drive-Out)
- Camp accommodation and meals provided
- Weekly pay with superannuation paid on all hours worked
- Machinery: CAT D10/ D11 & Hitachi 2500

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience operating CAT Dozers & Excavators (Hitachi 2500) in a mining setting

- Current Coal Board Medical




- Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
- Relevant RIIs / Signed Training Records / Logbooks

- Current Drivers Licence
- Glencore inducted - Desirable
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety protocols
