Desired Skills and Experience

- Competent excavator operators with relevant tickets/licences
- Previous civil/construction site experience
- Read and interpret plans
- Work independently with initiative and a strong safety focus
- Strong work ethic with a reliable, positive attitude
- Trim and prepare finished surfaces to required tolerances
- Box out subgrade for slabs, roads, footpaths and kerbs
- Coordinate effectively with other operators and site crews
- Competent using GPS 3D earthworks systems
- Identify hazards, minimise production delays and troubleshoot minor plant/equipment issues

All Candidates are required to have:

- A valid white card
- Excavator license
- Must have own vehicle and driver's license
- Valid working rights in Australia
