Location: Hybrid – Sydney (McKell Building, Haymarket)
Employment Type: Temporary opportunity until March 2027
Salary: $116,981 - $129,492 plus superannuation

Join our small but dynamic Executive Talent Team and play a key role supporting executive recruitment across the Department.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the engine room behind high-quality outcomes—coordinating activities, managing competing priorities, engaging with stakeholders and keeping everything on track. Working alongside experienced Talent professionals, you'll gain exposure to executive recruitment, strategic sourcing initiatives and talent projects while building valuable relationships across the Department.
What you'll do
- Support executive recruitment activities from attraction through to onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment processes, candidate communications and interview logistics
- Prepare high-quality documentation and recruitment materials
- Manage recruitment records, reporting and governance requirements across a range of systems
- Build robust relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic sourcing activities and talent projects across the team
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

This role requires a minimum of two days per week in the office, with additional attendance required at times to support interviews, meetings and other key team activities.
