About the role:

Operating within the Portfolio of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Catholic Mission), the Executive Officer provides high-level administrative, digital and project support across the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Catholic Mission), including support to the Identity and Mission Directorate and Associate Director, Mission and Ministry. The role is directly responsible for the effective coordination of the Deputy Vice Chancellor's diary, travel and meeting coordination. The incumbent also undertakes event coordination support, finance and procurement processes, stakeholder communications, and the development of digital and print resources that support faith formation, spirituality, engagement in the Catholic intellectual tradition, and the broader mission and identity of the University.

What we offer:

- Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.




- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
