About All-Dai All Abilities

At All-Dai All Abilities, we believe movement creates confidence, independence, and connection.

We are a growing allied health and ability services provider delivering inclusive, evidence-based supports across Melbourne’s south-east. Our team works alongside children, adolescents, adults, and older participants to improve wellbeing, participation, and quality of life through Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, community programs, and adaptive sport initiatives.

What makes us different is our real-world approach. We combine clinical expertise with community engagement, helping participants build practical skills, confidence, and social connection in environments that matter to them.

We’re building a team of passionate clinicians who value flexibility, collaboration, and meaningful impact — and who want to be part of something genuinely community-driven.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Exercise Physiologist to join our supportive and growing multidisciplinary team.

This is a adaptable community-based role working with clients of a varied caseload including chronic disease management, youth athlete development and NDIS participants. You’ll support participants with disability, chronic health conditions, developmental challenges, and functional limitations through personalised movement and exercise programs that empower them to achieve meaningful goals.

This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who enjoys building genuine relationships, thinking creatively, and delivering person-centred supports that extend beyond the clinic room.

Key Responsibilities

· Conducting initial assessments and prescribing individualised exercise programs

· Develop and deliver individualised exercise interventions for clients across the lifespan.

· Running small group exercise physiology sessions.

· Completing clinical notes and reporting to relevant bodies where necessary

· Prepare accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and NDIS reports.

· Support participants to build confidence, independence, and participation within community and sporting environments.

· Contribute to innovative ability and movement programs delivered by All-Dai All Abilities.

· Maintain professional, ethical, and NDIS-compliant practice standards.

· Maintaining and growing your schedule to suit your availability with the assistance of our admin and mentor staff.

· Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development activities.

About You

You are passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through movement and exercise.

You bring a person-centred approach, strong clinical reasoning skills, and the ability to adapt your practice to meet diverse participant needs. Whether supporting a child developing movement confidence or an adult managing a chronic condition or disability, you focus on creating positive, empowering experiences that build long-term outcomes.

You thrive in flexible environments, enjoy working collaboratively, and value being part of a supportive and purpose-driven team.

Essential Criteria

· Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology (ESSA accredited)

· Current Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status with ESSA

· Current First Aid and CPR certification

· Working With Children Check (WWCC)

· NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

· Excellent communication and report-writing skills

· Experience supporting individuals with disability, injury, or chronic health conditions

· Ability to work independently across community-based environments

· Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Desirable Skills & Experience

· Experience working within the NDIS framework

· Experience facilitating small-group or community-based programs

· Knowledge of Splose or similar practice management software

· Interest in adaptive sport, inclusion, youth development, or community participation

· Experience working within multidisciplinary allied health teams
